The Students’ Guild has a responsibility to ensure its leadership elections are free, fair, and properly conducted. This is why the election’s Returning Officer (and deputies) have issued the Election Rules and Regulations. If you think one of the candidates, their campaigns, or campaigners have broken one (or more) of the election rules, you can make the Returning Officer aware by making a election complaint using this form. This form is only for the Leadership Elections; complaints for other elections (such as student groups) need to be made to their returning officer. We encourage that, wherever possible, you try to resolve any disputes informally with the person you think has broken the rules. If you feel unable to do this, or this was unsuccessful, you can make an election complaint. Election complaints must be made using this form. Complaints will be handled in accordance with the Rules.
